Ready to lead a creative production team that delivers high-quality property marketing work every day?We are looking for a highly organised and people-focused Post Production Manager who can manage and support an offshore production team across photo editing, video editing, and floor plan output. This role is ideal for someone who understands creative production workflows, can manage daily check-ins, assign projects, monitor deadlines, and keep a team aligned, accountable, and delivering high-quality work on time.
The right person will not just be a people manager. We are looking for someone who understands the pressure of production deadlines, the importance of quality in real estate marketing, and the need for clear communication between offshore teams and Australian stakeholders. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure photo editors, video editors, and floor plan artists are supported, productive, and consistently meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Review daily post-production, video, and floor plan workloads to ensure all jobs are on track for delivery within SLA.
- Monitor job queues, production capacity, staffing levels, and workflow movement across the team.
- Identify and resolve urgent capacity, workload, or production issues that may affect delivery timelines.
- Lead the day-to-day operational activities of the Philippines post-production team.
- Ensure imagery, video, and floor plan outputs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with company quality standards.
- Maintain full operational visibility across post-production, video, and floor plan teams through regular check-ins and team meetings.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure local operations are aligned with the company’s broader strategic direction.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the Operations Manager, including updates, performance insights, risks, and recommendations.
- Monitor team attendance, staffing levels, adherence to policies, and overall team performance.
- Address staffing, workflow, quality, or production bottlenecks promptly and escalate issues when needed.
- Ensure the team consistently meets SLA, productivity, quality, and service expectations.
- Support HR and compliance requirements by upholding local office policies, internal procedures, and workplace regulations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and help maintain accountability across all teams.
- Support monthly and yearly evaluations for team members and management staff.
- Ensure performance monitoring is fair, transparent, data-driven, and clearly communicated.
- Oversee the monthly bonus program to ensure fairness, consistency, and transparency.
- Address and resolve customer experience or internal escalations related to quality, production, or workflow concerns.
- Support team members directly when resolving quality issues or production challenges.
- Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to ensure alignment, visibility, communication, and accountability.
- Conduct regular team temperature checks to monitor morale, engagement, workload pressure, and overall team health.
- Mentor management staff and support leadership development within the team.
- Oversee training programs and development initiatives for the wider creative team.
- Support recruitment activities and help fill open roles based on current and future operational needs.
- Plan future capacity in line with upcoming business requirements, workload trends, and team capability.
- Review efficiency opportunities across tools, workflows, team structure, training, and production processes.
- Research and present opportunities involving AI, data, technology, or new systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Work with the Operations Manager to implement, test, and refine process improvements.
- Facilitate reward and recognition initiatives to celebrate team members who demonstrate strong performance, values, and role-model behaviours.
- End each day by reviewing outstanding jobs, production risks, and next-day capacity requirements with coordinators.
- Support a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture focused on quality, service, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 5 years of experience in operations management, post-production management, creative production leadership, team management, or a similar role.
- Has experience leading creative, production, design, imaging, video, floor plan, or property marketing teams.
- Can confidently manage daily workloads, job queues, SLAs, production targets, and team capacity.
- Has strong people management experience, including performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, attendance monitoring, and team engagement.
- Understands how to manage productivity, quality, efficiency, and service-level expectations in a fast-paced production environment.
- Can use data and reporting to identify performance gaps, workflow issues, risks, and operational improvement opportunities.
- Has strong communication skills and can clearly share updates, expectations, feedback, and performance insights with team members and senior stakeholders.
- Can handle HR-related responsibilities professionally, including policy compliance, escalations, team conduct, and staff accountability.
- Has strong organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities, teams, meetings, reports, and operational issues at the same time.
- Can remain calm, structured, and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Has strong problem-solving skills and can resolve workflow or staffing bottlenecks quickly and appropriately.
- Is comfortable working closely with senior operations leadership and translating business goals into team-level actions.
- Can lead regular team meetings, performance discussions, coaching conversations, and operational reviews.
- Has experience supporting recruitment, workforce planning, training, and capacity forecasting.
- Can identify and recommend process improvements across workflows, systems, tools, training, and production practices.
- Has an interest in innovation, AI, data, and technology as tools for improving operational efficiency.
- Can role model company values, agreed behaviours, professionalism, accountability, and strong leadership standards.
- Is proactive in recognising good performance and addressing areas for improvement with fairness and clarity.
