Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting daily office operations. This role emphasizes coordinating employee travel, managing visitor arrangements, organizing car rentals, and delivering general office support to ensure seamless business operations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Skills Required:

  • Must be a college graduate with at least 2 years’ experience
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
