Sr. Technical Lead

Position Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders, senior leaders, and other data professionals to design, develop andmaintainbusiness intelligence solutions

• Lead the collection,validationand reporting of KPIs and metrics for various forums including monthly operational reporting for senior leadership.

• Develop and maintain team documentation when solutioning for data and workflow improvement projects.

• Partner with multi-functional teams to promote self-serve reporting and enable citizen developers through consultation and knowledge transfer.

• Implement automation and workflow improvement solutions via Microsoft Power Platform tools toassistin the overall team mandate of operationalizing data decision making tools via Power BI.

• Stayup-to-datewith data and businessanalysisstandard methodologies and emerging trends in data-decision-making-tool development/design.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of progressive experience providing operations support in an analyst capacity.

• Advancedproficiencyin SQL and Azure Databricks,PowerBI, data modelling, and working with relational databases in enterprise cloud environments. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and deliver actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in solutioning workflow enhancement and automation through Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps & Power Automate.

• Experience working on Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban

• Knowledge of Manulife & John Hancock Retirementproductssystems and operations.

• Knowledge of the Retirement Operations record keeping systems,workflowsand CRM tools.

• Understanding ofthe financial/retirement regulatory environment.
