Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ERP Manager with a strong background supporting enterprise-scale ERP environments across Supply Chain, Finance, or HR Operations.
The role will be responsible for managing ERP operations, system enhancements, process optimization, stakeholder coordination, and enterprise support activities within a high-volume shared services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support daily ERP operations across multiple business units
• Oversee ERP system enhancements, implementation support, integrations, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and operational leaders to ensure system efficiency and business continuity
• Support process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency within ERP systems
• Handle escalations, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for ERP-related concerns
• Support enterprise users across large-scale operational environments
• Participate in ERP testing, migration, implementation, and change management activities
• Maintain documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 5 years of ERP experience within enterprise or multinational environments
• Strong experience supporting ERP operations, administration, reporting, or implementation projects
• Background supporting large-scale or enterprise ERP environments is highly preferred
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Infor, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP platforms
• Experience within Shared Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or high-volume operational environments is an advantage
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
