This role has strong growth potential. You will work closely with the President and be involved in the groundwork of building and scaling a professional training and consulting firm.
This is not a routine assistant role.
You will be exposed to client communication, training operations, proposals, billing, digital marketing, reporting, and business development support.

Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 1 to 3 years of work experience is preferred
- All courses are welcome
- Must be living in Makati City or nearby cities
- Must be willing to work both remotely and on-site when needed
Your Role
- You will work directly with the President.
- Your job is to help make the President’s work easier, the company’s operations smoother, and the client experience better.
- You will also be mentored closely as you learn how a training and consulting business operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Client and Business Support
- Handle client inquiries
- Prepare training and consulting proposals
- Support the billing process
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners
- Prepare reports and other business documents
- Training Program Support
- Help manage training logistics
- Coordinate with hotels, venues, suppliers, and vendors
- Support consultants during training programs and client meetings
- Ensure participants are properly assisted before, during, and after training
- Prepare and compile training evaluation reports
- Make sure every student is properly taken care of
- Marketing and Administrative Support
- Assist in digital marketing activities across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Support content coordination and posting
- Generate monthly reports
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed
Work Setup
Approximately 50% telecommuting
Must be willing to report on-site when needed
Must be willing to attend training and consulting engagements within and outside Metro Manila
