Samsung C&T Philippines Corporation is a newly established wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung C&T Corporation, created to oversee and expand the company’s business operations in the Philippines.
The company will focus on the same core business areas as its parent company, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) across a wide range of infrastructure projects such as buildings, power plants, civil works, and more. In addition to its EPC expertise, Samsung C&T Philippines will actively pursue opportunities in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and infrastructure investment ventures.
With the full support and collaboration of Samsung C&T Corporation’s headquarters, the company is committed to continuously expanding its presence and driving growth in the Philippine market.

□ Job Positions * Estimator
· Prepare bids for EPC and PPP Infra, Civil, Building projects.
· Analyze project documents, contract documents, and bidding books (including tender forms, terms and conditions, specifications).
· Lead or support project bidding processes through accurate estimation.
· Provide preliminary cost estimations during the initial stages of a project.
· Maintain and update both direct and indirect costs for major projects.
□ Qualification and Experience
· Proven experience as an estimator or quantity surveyor in infrastructure projects (airports, roads, bridges). Experience in data centers or commercial buildings is a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating or quantity surveying.
· Strong understanding of project-related permits, insurance, and associated costs.
· Experience in scheduling is a plus.
□ Preferred Skills
· Proficient in software tools used for estimation tasks.
· Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand bid documents and drawings.
· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage a team effectively.
· Efficient time management skills and ability to work quickly under pressure.
· Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
