Role Description

The Events Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in San Pedro. The role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing event concepts, managing event schedules, liaising with clients and vendors, and ensuring seamless event delivery. The Events Lead will also spearhead event marketing strategies, handle client inquiries, and support sales initiatives to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of BTL projects, from conceptualization and client briefing to execution and post-project reporting.
  • Support business growth through account acquisition activities such as lead generation, client presentations, proposal preparation, and participation in project pitches.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent account management and client servicing support.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand campaign objectives and develop effective activation and production strategies.
  • Oversee production schedules, budget management, manpower deployment, logistics, and coordination with suppliers, talents, and partner agencies.
  • Ensure efficient pre-production processes including planning meetings, sourcing, permit coordination, technical preparations, and approvals.
  • Lead on-site event and activation operations to ensure smooth execution, quality control, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Prepare post-event documentation, accomplishment reports, billing support, evaluations, and client feedback summaries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and according to agreed standards.
  • Supervise and guide the production team to promote productivity, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities to contribute to business development and service improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event production, brand activations, experiential marketing, or related industries.
  • Background in client servicing, account management, or business development is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in handling suppliers, venues, and cross-functional teams for project execution.
