The Senior Accountant plays a vital role in the organization’s financial operations by ensuring compliance across full-cycle accounting while supporting daily business activities in a fast-paced environment that requires strong analytical thinking, critical judgment, and a high sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities
• Determine standard costs, investigate variances, and monitor project cost spending
• Implement improvements in revenue and cost cycle processes and procedures
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions for management decision-making
• Review and assess policies, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to financial procedures
• Lead compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements, including SOX
• Facilitate tax filings and manage tax audits
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and regulatory risks
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 8 years of relevant finance experience
