Chief Financial Officer

Aplus is looking for a Finance Director who can operate as both a strategic business partner and a strong operational finance leader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, compliance, and business decision support while helping drive scalable growth across the organization.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to balance financial governance with commercial strategy, and can influence senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to leadership
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and performance reviews
• Partner closely with operational and business leaders to support growth and profitability initiatives
• Oversee P&L management, cash flow planning, and financial controls
• Strengthen financial processes, compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Lead finance transformation and process improvement initiatives, including automation and systems optimization
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
• Support executive leadership in business case evaluations, investments, and strategic decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (Finance Director, Head of Finance, Senior Finance Manager, or similar)
• Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience managing P&L and supporting strategic business decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience in shared services, aviation, logistics, BPO, healthcare, or fast-scaling organizations is highly preferred
• Exposure to ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives
• Solid understanding of financial controls, audit, compliance, IFRS/GAAP
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
