Location: Remote (Global) Type: Freelance | Performance-Based Compensation: C ommission-based How to Apply; Send your CV to can@formed.design Key Responsibilities Identify and research companies that may need digital product, web development, or AI-driven solutions Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects Initiate first contact and spark interest with relevant messaging Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads Continuously improve outreach strategies based on performance What We're Looking For Experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support Strong research and prospecting skills Ability to identify decision-makers and understand business needs Clear and persuasive written communication Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, or CRM systems is a plus Compensation Commission-based structure Earnings based on closed deals High earning potential depending on lead quality and conversion This role offers strong upside for individuals who can consistently generate high-quality opportunities .
