What You Bring:
Core Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on SAP Security experience, with supervisory experience
- Experience supporting at least two SAP applications (e.g., ECC, S/4, BW, HR, etc.).
- Strong background in:
- SAP role design and authorization concepts
- GRC and IDM administration (including batch monitoring)
- Ability to produce SAP Security reports (e.g., SOX, EWA) to support compliance needs.
- Experience supporting SAP Security across project and operational environments.
Nice to Have (Not Required to Apply)
You don’t need everything below—these are areas where you can grow on the job:
- Exposure to SAP modules and platforms such as:
- S/4HANA, Fiori, ECC, BW/BI, HR, CRM, APO, BPC
- SAP GRC 12, HANA DB
- SAP Cloud applications (IBP, BTP, IAS/IAG, Ariba)
- Experience in:
- SAP Security role build implementations
- SAP upgrades
- SAP audit and compliance activities
