Job Title: Senior Systems Design/Architecture Engineer

Role
The Senior Engineer leads hardware and PCB design efforts, supports manufacturing, and maintains clear technical documentation to help projects move efficiently from development to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hardware and PCB design and development for engineering projects
• Support manufacturing readiness, build issues, and technical problem-solving
• Create and maintain design documentation, specifications, and work instructions
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into hardware deliverables
• Identify risks early and communicate progress, issues, and priorities clearly
• Improve design, documentation, and manufacturing support processes
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers

Core Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in hardware and PCB design
• Experience in Power Supply Design is highly valued
• Experience in product development and manufacturing support
• Familiarity with schematic capture, PCB layout, and design for manufacturability
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment
