📌 The Role: End-to-End Mortgage Loan Officer
We’re seeking experienced and highly organized Mortgage Loan Officers who can manage the entire mortgage process from submission to settlement. You'll be the critical point of contact between clients, lenders, and brokers—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service throughout the loan lifecycle.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
· Conduct accurate loan pricing across various Australian lender platforms
· Order property valuations and ensure timely receipt across lender systems
· Prepare and submit forms to request changes in loan structure (e.g., repayment type)
· Rename and manage documents in accordance with strict document handling and compliance protocols (e.g., removing TFNs)
· Enter and update client and loan data accurately within lender platforms and CRM
· Lodge complete loan applications through lender portals (e.g., ApplyOnline, NextGen)
· Calculate borrowing capacity using Quikli or lender-specific servicing calculators
· Track and manage loan files in CRM, including updating status, uploading documents, and logging progress notes
· Liaise with banks, lenders, clients, and brokers to monitor loan progress and resolve issues or delays
· Ensure full regulatory and data compliance, particularly with Australian financial standards
· Adhoc task – action adhoc task as requested by broker’s.
✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Proven experience in Australian mortgage loan processing or broking (from submission to settlement)
✔️ Familiarity with Australian lending platforms (ApplyOnline, NextGen, bank/broker portals)
✔️ Solid knowledge of UMI, servicing calculators, credit policies, and lender SLAs
✔️ High attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
✔️ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
✔️ Bonus: Experience working directly with Australian mortgage brokers or aggregator groups
