Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within the industrial/material handling equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

• Collaborate with marketing on sales campaigns and initiatives
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
• Monitor competitor activities and industry developments
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3–5 years of sales experience in industrial or material handling equipment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strategic thinker with strong market analysis skills
• Willingness to travel as required
