Retail Operations Associate

Job Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the overall business performance of the store, ensuring that core OKR targets are met through goal setting, team supervision, and digital empowerment.
• Digital Store Operations: Responsible for the breakdown and achievement of business goals; proficiently use SFA, CRM, and other digital terminals to monitor operating data; and optimize sales strategies in real-time to drive revenue growth.
• Team Management & Empowerment: Organize and implement team collaboration processes; take responsibility for the recruitment, training, and performance appraisal of store specialists; and use tools to improve labor efficiency and ensure high-quality execution.
• Smart Assets & Inventory Security: Establish and implement digital inventory and asset supervision processes; ensure zero loss of store goods and assets through system warning mechanisms.
• Strategic Execution & Store Expansion: Command the team to execute business strategies; assist expansion managers in new store opening preparations; use data models to optimize site selection and operations; and take responsibility for final profits.
• Market & Regulatory Response: Gain deep insights into the local Philippine market, laws, regulations, and competitor dynamics; use analytical tools to provide quantifiable decision support; and actively respond to regulatory challenges.
• AI Mindset Application: Possess a mindset for using AI tools and utilize digital means to establish highly controlled proprietary sales channels.

Role Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above from a standard university.
• Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in retail operations management; familiarity with direct-operated store management models. Experience in the e-cigarette or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
• Core Competencies:
• Capable of working independently with excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of local Philippine laws and regulations.
• Possess an AI mindset and the ability to use AI tools to assist in work.
