Job Summary

The Jr. Patient Safety Officer contributes to identifying, collecting, and analyzing initial safety data for the hospital under the supervision of the Patient Safety Unit Manager. He/she collaborates with Sr. Patient Safety Officers on implementing and monitoring corrective actions.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Attainment:

• Graduate of any healthcare-related course preferably Registered Nurse

Work Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a healthcare institution, inclusive of at least one (1) year of experience in Quality Management
