Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting, and planning Ability to manage 5 or more products simultaneously Excellent analytical, marketing, communication, and time–management skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Medical or related field Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Flexible, professional, and team–oriented Digital and multimedia skills are an advantage Willing to work onsite in Las Piñas City Willing to travel locally when needed Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Comfortable leading fieldwork and events
Location : Las Piñas City
Schedule : Monday–Friday, Onsite
Salary : ₱30,000 / month + benefits & incentives
We are looking for a Product Manager who will lead product strategy, analyze market insights, and collaborate across teams to drive product success from planning to execution. This role requires a proactive and strategic professional with strong experience in product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product and marketing strategies
- Analyze market data and trends to guide product direction
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and medical societies
- Coordinate with sales teams to support product communication and plans
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Manage inventory and collaborate with Regulatory and Purchasing teams for forecasting and planning
- Oversee budgets for campaigns, promotions, events, and product initiatives
- Ensure product availability across relevant channels
- Lead and support events, conferences, and field activities when required
