Job Description
Job Overview : The Product Manager is responsible for the PnL of the product / s that he / she handles. The role sets direction for the product go-to-market with the strategic objective to generate revenues for the Company.
Job Description :
- Revenue generation - Ensures that the Sales team can effectively sell the product; Helps Sales in crafting proposals / solution offering and close deals.
- Product SME – Acts as the pre-sales support to Sales; Does client presentations with Sales
- Product viability - Maintains the competitiveness and relevance of the product – defines pricing and offering, draws the product roadmap and innovations.
- Operational efficiency - Functionally oversees delivery operations that directly affect PnL.
- Marketing and lead generation – Positions the product in the market. Generates passive and active leads. Handles telemarketing. Provides sales collateral – product decks and sales materials.
- Expansion of product portfolio – launches new viable products as a new revenue stream for the company.
- Partner Management – Manages 3rd party partners – principals and vendors adjacent to the product
- Equips the Sales team through Product Training
- Leads product strategy, GTM

Requirements :
Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent disciplinesRelated Experience – Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Product Management○ Strength on B to B and B to B to C product marketing
○ Exposure on IT related product / services
○ Must have Salesforce experience and Go-to-Market expertise
Skills – Presentation Skills and Microsoft Office○ Soft Skills :
○ Above average communication skills
○ Excellent customer service
○ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills ○ Able to work independently and in a team environment
