Job description
Industries: FinancialAdvisory, Investment, Client Servicing Processes Responsibilities:
  • Support the backroom processes of accounting, human resources, sales and customer service. on investments and financial services products,
  • Communicate with clients and providers regarding progress and completion transactions, requirements, and updates via online platforms.
  • Actively participate in process creations, enhancements, and implementation
Work Set-Up
  • Full-Time Position
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement (Home & Office – Ortigas Business Center)
  • Must have: Reliable Internet Access, Personal Laptop, Second Monitor / Screen preferred

Required Abilities
  • Has foundation on appointment setting, customer service and client coordination

  • Capable of prioritization and managing deadlines
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of working experience as an administrative or support staff
  • Graduate of any four-year Business-related course
  • Proficient in the following:
  • Basic Math + Algebra Skills
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Email management and scheduling
  • Finance and accounting concepts
  • Canva and basic presentation preparation (preferred)
