Are you a seasoned SAP expert with a strong background in BI platforms and data architecture? Step into a leadership role where you’ll drive enterprise analytics solutions, guide technical teams, and ensure the stability and performance of critical reporting systems.

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Lead, you will take ownership of both delivery and operations of SAP BI platforms:

• Lead and guide the design, development, and optimization of SAP BI and BW/4HANA solutions
• Provide technical leadership across SAP BusinessObjects (BO) and SAP BW/4HANA environments
• Mentor developers and promote best practices in data modeling, reporting, and platform management
• Oversee report development, universe design, and performance tuning
• Build and maintain BW data models (ADSO, Composite Providers, queries)
• Troubleshoot issues across data pipelines, reporting, and system performance
• Ensure smooth transport management and deployments using SAP ChaRM
• Support production operations, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on integration with modern platforms (e.g., Databricks)
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and platform optimization initiatives

What You Bring

🔧 Core Skills

• Strong experience in SAP BusinessObjects (WebI, Universe/IDT, CMC)
• Hands-on expertise in SAP BW/4HANA data modeling and development
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data analysis
• Strong background in dimensional modeling and star schema design
• Experience supporting enterprise BI production environments
• Familiarity with SAP transport management (ChaRM)

⚙️ Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Analysis for Office
• Exposure to SAP BODS (ETL)
• Familiarity with Databricks or Spark-based platforms
• Knowledge of SAP-to-cloud data integration patterns
