Job description

The Channels Onboarding Associate is primarily responsible for promoting and onboarding clients to the Bank’s Digital Channels (mainly VYBE and BPI branded features) via interaction with clients in branches, payroll releases, caravans, and other events.


One of Onboarding Associate's key role is outsource caravans or events to help increase VYBE's enrollment and usage.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve personal enrollment targets on VYBE when assigned in branches, caravans, and customer events that are initiated by DCG Marketing or his/her own caravan.
  • Educates clients on features and benefits of VYBE.
  • Outsource caravans or events where they can promote VYBE. It may be from a school, corporate entities, government agencies and other prospects.
  • Tasked with cascading new digital channels features and capabilities of VYBE and BPI Branded Feature by conducting rollouts to their respective managed areas and actively encouraging branches to enroll clients in VYBE.
  • Ensures accurate and timely preparation of enrollment reports and processing of reimbursements. Ensures that the channels production report is up to date to ensure quota and targets are met.
  • Knowledgeable regarding the updated features of VYBE by attending trainings and walkthrough provided by the department. Equipped in decision making and understanding client’s needs.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business, Banking and Finance, Management or Marketing related courses
  • Experience in banking, sales, marketing and customer service is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
