What Learning Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health
Learning Delivery is responsible for delivering learning to multiple geographies and/or business segments, including new hire onboarding and continuous learning experiences. This includes instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training, evaluating courses, administering processes, coordinating training schedules, and conducting course evaluations to align business objectives with learning needs and strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
2+ years of experience required in customer service or call center industries.
Internal candidates must have held a B4 or P1 role for at least one year prior to application.
Healthcare/medical/pharma experience is considered an advantage.
Training facilitation experience in both virtual and in‑person settings.
Strong communication skills with proven engagement and facilitation ability.
Microsoft Office proficiency for creating and displaying reports and dashboards.
Work arrangement flexibility: open to hybrid or full onsite setup, aligned with US business hours.
