About You & the Role

As a Strategic Research Officer, you provide data‑driven insights that support enterprise strategy and executive decision‑making. You translate complex market, financial, and performance data into clear recommendations, working closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and long‑term value.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Analyze financial and non‑financial data to support strategic plans and initiatives
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for senior management
• Monitor business performance against KPIs and strategic targets
• Support forecasting, risk assessment, and performance evaluation
• Prepare executive‑ and board‑level presentations and strategic materials
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, marketing, and operations
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications We Value

• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
