Site Coordinator Profile for LOS (Updated)
We are looking for a person that will oversee the IT products and services for End Users at the Office. These products and services include, but are not limited to, Printing, On Site Support, Videoconference, Digital Signage, Connectivity, and local and global projects related to site activities that engage IT technology and services. This coordinator will work closely with the IT local and global teams and the LOS regional managers to ensure a strong focus on the quality of service provided by ETF DW&C. We are seeking a candidate with knowledge and experience in all the aforementioned areas.
Role Purpose
The Site Coordinator ensures effective coordination and delivery of IT support and end-user services at client's local offices. The role serves as a key liaison between onsite teams, regional LOS managers, and global IT functions to maintain high service quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support end‑user IT services at designated client locations, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements.
- Oversee onsite services such as printing, videoconferencing, digital signage, and connectivity.
- Collaborate with Market IT and business stakeholders to gather feedback, capture requirements, and guide adoption of T&PE products.
- Work closely with IT vendors to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
- Support local and global IT initiatives impacting the site, ensuring compliance with PMI standards.
- Engage in local change management activities in alignment with global processes.
- Monitor and report service quality metrics, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure proper budget tracking related to onsite IT activities.
Job Requirements Details:
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and general IT service management.
- Experience with end‑user technologies and onsite IT support environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products & AI, and experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional and global teams.
- Customer‑centric mindset and problem‑solving capability.
- Ability to manage multiple topics in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or coordination roles.
- Knowledge & experience in IT Asset Management, including mobile device services.
