Treasury Analyst I

Advanced Energy is hiring a talented Treasury Analyst. In this role, the Treasury Analyst is an integral part of the treasury team and contributes to the company’s success by working cross functionally to support the banking strategy and global business. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for treasury administration functions and activities
• Coordinate communication between banks and business functional areas
• Process outgoing payments for the organization
• Maintain cash management reports
• Reconcile bank fees and resolve errors
• Support bank account openings, closings, and signer changes
• Administration of electronic bank portals
• Manage treasury operations within Treasury Management System
• Ensure compliance with internal controls around cash transfers, bank documentation, online bank access, etc.
• Assist with insurance claims, policy renewals, payments, and other day-to-day requests
• Prioritize work effectively so that all tasks are completed on-time and accurately
• Work closely with the treasury team and perform other treasury duties and functions as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in work experience in Treasury or related field
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Ability to solve problems and work in a team environment
• Eager to learn and grow within Treasury
