About the Role:
As an Enterprise Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer transformation through strategic technology and business solution engagements.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities for digital transformation, and position tailored solutions that create measurable business impact. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in consultative selling, relationship management, and solution-driven customer engagements.
We are currently expanding our team across the following solution focus areas:
- AI Workplace (M365 & Copilot): Focused on helping organizations modernize the way they work through Microsoft 365, Copilot, collaboration technologies, AI-powered productivity tools, and workplace transformation initiatives.
- Oracle NetSuite (ERP): Focused on helping organizations streamline operations, improve business visibility, and drive scalable growth through Oracle NetSuite ERP and cloud business applications.
As part of the role, you will collaborate closely with technical specialists, solution architects, delivery teams, and strategic partners to drive impactful customer engagements and business outcomes.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B technology, solutions, or consultative sales environments
- Proven experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, stakeholder engagement, solution positioning, negotiation, and opportunity closure
- Exposure to enterprise technology solutions such as Microsoft Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365, Copilot, ERP solutions, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data platforms, or business applications is highly advantageous
- Experience engaging with enterprise and SMB clients across various industries is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar sales management tools
- Exposure to Microsoft partner ecosystems, cloud solution selling, or digital transformation engagements
- Relevant Microsoft, ERP, cloud, AI, or cybersecurity certifications are considered an advantage
- Experience in solution-based or value-based selling methodologies is highly desirable
