Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer with strong experience in retail 3D structure design and a working knowledge of video editing. The ideal candidate is fast, organized, and creative, capable of bringing concepts to life through well-executed, production-ready designs. This role requires expertise in creating detailed point-of-sale materials (POSM), in-store displays, and retail structures using SketchUp and VRay, while also having basic to intermediate skills in video editing.

The Senior Designer is also expected to provide support or act as a point of contact in the manager’s absence, ensuring continuity of work and maintaining project progress.


Key Responsibilities:


  • 3D Design & Visualization: Create high-quality retail structures, POP/POS displays, gondolas, kiosks, and convention/event setups using SketchUp and other 3D software.
  • Concept Development: Translate briefs into engaging and structurally sound 3D retail environments that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Technical Drawings: Generate production-ready technical drawings and material specifications for fabrication.
  • Video Editing (Basic): Edit short marketing videos or simple motion assets using Premiere Pro or other editing software as needed.
  • Motion Graphics (Optional): Assist in creating basic animated presentations or simple product demos when required.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with CProd Traffic Manager to ensure that all designs are feasible, cost-effective, and within brand guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to production specifications.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance or assistance to fellow designers when needed and help oversee work progress when the manager is unavailable.
  • File Organization: Maintain organized file structures, proper naming conventions, and version control for all deliverables.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in retail design, materials, fabrication techniques, and motion graphics to continuously innovate.


Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure

  • 5+ years of experience in 3D retail design, POSM, or merchandising display creation.
  • Expert proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray for 3D modeling, rendering, and technical drawings.
  • Basic video editing skills, using Adobe Premiere Pro or any other Video editing software (knowledge of After Effects is a plus but not required).
  • Extensive industry experience with a portfolio showcasing 3D retail structures and video editing projects.
  • Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
  • Experience with POSM, merchandising displays, and retail fixture design with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and structural feasibility for retail setups.
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Organized and systematic in managing project files and assets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent typographic, layout, and visual design skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related fields.

  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for design accuracy and consistency.
  • Adaptable to feedback and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.


Role Requirements

  • Hybrid Work: 2-3 days on-site in BGC per week.
  • 6-month contract.
