The Role In this role, you will be the key liaison between IDR and its clients, ensuring a seamless project experience, high client satisfaction, and long-term relationship growth. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across international teams and industries, while playing a central part in the expert engagement process. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and implement strategies to optimize research workflows, ensuring seamless delivery of expert insights to clients. Collaborate with leadership to set objectives and align research operations with the company's goals for growth and client satisfaction. Expert Recruitment and Engagement Manage processes for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding subject matter experts across various industries and geographies. Build and maintain relationships with experts to create a reliable and diverse expert network. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, conflict-of-interest policies, and data privacy standards in all expert engagements. Operational Efficiency Develop and refine workflows to improve the speed and accuracy of matching experts with client requests. Automate routine tasks and implement tools to streamline research processes. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance operational scalability and productivity. Team Leadership and Training Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project coordinators, associates, and other operational staff. Develop training programs to enhance the skills and expertise of the team, focusing on efficiency, client interaction, and expert engagement. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Technology and Tools Management Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology platforms for expert sourcing, project management, and communication. Leverage data analytics tools to track operational performance and inform strategic decisions. Stay updated on technological advancements in research operations and recommend tools for improved performance. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure all research activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies, particularly regarding data privacy, confidentiality, and intellectual property. Mitigate risks by implementing robust screening and vetting processes for experts. Data and Reporting Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as project turnaround time, expert satisfaction, and client success rates. Use data to identify trends, forecast demand, and guide decision-making. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on research operations. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the liaison between research operations, sales, client services, and technology teams to align priorities and streamline workflows. Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure the operational feasibility of complex client requests. Quality Assurance Establish and enforce quality standards for expert matching, communication, and deliverables. Conduct regular audits of research projects to ensure adherence to best practices and client expectations. Gather feedback from clients and experts to refine processes and maintain high standards. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance operational processes to increase the speed and quality of expert engagement. Pilot and implement new methodologies or tools to stay ahead of industry trends. Budget and Resource Management Manage budgets related to research operations, including expert recruitment costs, software tools, and team resources. Optimize resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Business Development Identify and secure new client opportunities while building strategic partnerships with industry associations and professional networks. Expand and maintain a strong expert base in India to support diverse client needs and global delivery. Drive revenue growth and market presence by meeting defined targets and representing the company at key industry events. Qualification and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 6–10 years of progressive experience in operations, client services, and business development roles. Leadership: Proven track record in team management, performance evaluation, and talent development. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Philippine labor and regulatory frameworks. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Ability to engage effectively with team members, senior management, clients, and partners. Preferred: Experience in fast-paced, client-focused environments. Familiarity with expert networks or consulting services. Strong cross-functional team management background with a record of delivering growth results. What Do We Offer?
