The Role: Services Tendering Team Leader Overview: The Services Tendering Team Leader is responsible for leading the end-to-end Services Tendering function within the Global Services Hub, ensuring high-quality, timely, and compliant quotations while driving tendering hit rate, and customer satisfaction. The role ensures strict adherence to Services Selling Governance and drives continuous improvement across tendering processes and team capability. What will you do: * Lead and manage the Services Tendering team to deliver accurate, competitive, and timely quotations * Ensure full adherence to Tendering governance, risk management, and compliance standards * Drive key performance metrics including: + Time to Quote + Tendering Hit rate + Quote quality * Standardize and optimize tendering processes, tools, and workflows * Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Operations and Project teams during bid preparation * Manage workload distribution, capacity planning, and resource allocation * Develop team capability through coaching, competency mapping, and structured development plans * Drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture Who would be successful? * Strong leadership experience managing tendering / bidding teams * Solid understanding of Services or project-based commercial models * Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills * Customer-focused with strong commercial and business acumen * Highly organized with ability to manage multiple complex bids simultaneously What's in it for me? * Global family leave * Comprehensive medical coverage for employee and dependents * Worldwide Employee Stock Ownership * Flexible work arrangement * On-site gym ...and more!
