Human Resources Intern

This role will report to our Distribution Center in Taytay, Rizal

What You'll Do:

• You will experience our full retail operation through a month-long store and distribution center immersion.
• You will assist with full-cycle recruiting by screening resumes and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• You will track candidate progress, keep statuses updated, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• You will help prepare new hire onboarding sessions, onboarding and training plans, and coordinate with department heads to ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience.
• You will help plan and execute recruiting events and career fairs.
• You will develop and present a Capstone Project.
• Collaborate with teams across the business while gaining valuable skills in HR.
