Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in the management of marketing operations and the execution of the goto-market plan under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
● Provide daily administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operation of
all marketing activities.
● Create the briefs to the Creative & Web Team for the creation
of marketing communications materials needed to support product and
promotional launches/changes, customer communications materials to help
achieve the desired business and communication outcomes in accordance to
brand guidelines
● Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, ensuring all
activities are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
● Strategize and plan the social media calendar with Social Media Executive as
part of Go-to-Market planning and execution.
● Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media
content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
● Create and design EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) using tools like Mailchimp, and
collaborate with the CVM team to execute recurring EDM campaigns.
● Support Campaign Manager in the execution of EDMs, SMS, Mobile App push
notifications etc targeting existing customers.
● Assist in the customer segmentations as part of campaign executions, and the
necessary tracking of campaign effectiveness
Experience and Qualifications:
● Tertiary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing or marketing communications role.
● Ability to perform simple copywriting tasks to support marketing content
development.
● Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Good communication and presentation skills.
● Experience in creating EDMs and using tools like Mailchimp.
● Familiar with the use of Canva for the creation of artwork.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
● Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing ideas
