About Your Role
As part of Spruson & Ferguson’s team expansion, the Financial Assistant will be based in our Manila office and will play a key role in supporting Accounts Receivable (AR) related activities. The role will focus on reviewing and resolving unallocated credits and aged balances to help reduce AR backlog and maintain accurate customer accounts. This is a project‑based on‑site work arrangement is subject to review minimally after the first month on‑site.

About Your Role
- Review and analyse unallocated credits and aged AR balances
- Investigate payment discrepancies and identify appropriate allocations
- Coordinate with the client and internal teams to validate transactions
- Prepare allocation, write-off, or refund recommendations for review
- Update AR records accurately and ensure proper documentation
- Track progress and provide status updates on clean-up activities
- Support general AR clean-up tasks as required
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Hands-on experience with AR reconciliation, payment allocation, and aged balances
- Good attention to detail and ability to work through high-volume data
- Comfortable working with Excel and accounting systems (ERP exposure preferred)
- Able to work independently within defined timelines
- Strong communication skills
