Position: Sr. Finance Analyst (Reports Analyst)

Job Overview

The Reports Analyst supports the Financial Reporting & Tax function in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reports for both internal and parent company requirements.

The role ensures that financial data is properly consolidated, validated, and presented, with strong alignment to SAP (GL) and supporting schedules.

Financial Reporting & Consolidation

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packs, including:
  
  • Profit & Loss (P&L)
    
  • Balance Sheet
    
  • Cash Flow Statement
    
  • NTA and supporting schedules
    
• Assist in entity-level and consolidated reporting (e.g., Yondu, NCS PH, 3P)
  
• Ensure all reports are fully aligned with SAP (GL) and approved supporting schedules
  

Parent Company Reporting

• Compile and format required reports for submission to the parent company (e.g., NCS Singapore)
  
• Ensure compliance with group reporting templates, timelines, and standards
  
• Track submission deadlines and maintain reporting calendar discipline
  

Data Validation & Reconciliation

• Perform cross-checks and reconciliations, including:
  
  • Financial reports vs. SAP GL
    
  • CSV/subledger vs. GL
    
  • Supporting schedules vs. reported balances
    
• Investigate and flag discrepancies to the Controller / Revenue Finance team
  

Audit & Compliance Support

• Support internal and external audits by:
  
  • Preparing required schedules
    
  • Providing documentation and reconciliations
    
• Ensure a clean audit trail and complete documentation
  

Financial Analysis & Commentary Support

• Assist in preparing:
  
  • Variance explanations
    
  • Analysis of key movements (revenue, margin, expenses)
    
  • Work with FP&A to ensure consistency between management reports and financial report
    

Process Improvement & Reporting Efficiency

• Improve reporting templates and processes in terms of:
  
  • Accuracy
    
  • Speed
    
  • Standardization
    
• Support automation initiatives (Excel models, SAP extracts, dashboards)
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  
• CPA preferred (or in progress)
  
• 2–4 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or accounting
  
• Strong knowledge of:
  
  • Financial statements
    
  • Reconciliation processes
    
  • Advanced Excel
    
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
  
• Amenable to work in a Hybrid Set-up (2-3x a week onsite) in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines
