Channel Marketing Associate Manager (FMCG)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related programs.
• With at least 5 years of trade marketing experience handling FMCG products
• Exposure to traditional trade channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Align trade marketing plans with category strategies, sales targets, and retail channel.
• Refine strategies based on trends and business priorities.
• Define the right product mix per channel.
• Regularly review and update plans to align with new launches and opportunities.
• Set execution standards to boost availability, visibility, pricing, and activations.
• Create impactful channel materials and campaigns.
• Partner with commercial teams to ensure consistent execution in the field.
• Lead channel-specific volume programs across regions.
• Track performance, optimize initiatives, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Use insights, market data and competitor analysis to keep programs relevant.
• Provide updates, share insights, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor marketing investments by channel.
• Review and approve channel marketing materials.
