Your Role:

As an Business Support Manager, you will:

• Manage the day-to-day coordination, performance, and deliverables of Manila-based team members supporting cross-functional Australian business operations (Finance, IT, Admin, Sales).
• Embody and promote a strong safety-first culture and environment aligned with company standards and risk management protocols.
• Serve as the primary local escalation point and liaison between Manila operations and Australian stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
• Facilitate onboarding, routine performance check-ins, team engagement, and feedback loops to foster accountability and positive work dynamics.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery quality, efficiency, and cross-team collaboration.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Minimum 5–10 years of supervisory or management experience in administrative or operations functions.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience acting as an escalation point and operational bridge between offshore teams and onshore/international stakeholders.
• Proven track record in performance management, workload monitoring, and driving team engagement across multiple business functions.
• Strong familiarity with workplace safety, risk reporting, and operating within formal safety management systems.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience managing teams within a customer-facing or corporate support environment.
• Knowledge of Australian business culture, communication standards, or working within day-shift AU schedules.
• Experience liaising with third-party service/facility providers and managing HR compliance processes.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and change-management skills.
• Proficiency in establishing KPIs, operational tracking systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
