Required Experience :
・Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance.
・Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including functions like VLOOKUP, IF) and Microsoft Word.
・Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
・Work Ethic : Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
・Expense Management : You will process, verify, and reconcile company expenses. This means making sure all expenses follow our internal policies and accounting rules.
・Bookkeeping and Record Keeping : You'll keep accurate financial records. This includes maintaining ledger entries, journals, and all financial files.
・Invoice Processing : You'll handle both payments we need to make (accounts payable) and payments we receive (accounts receivable). This involves preparing and processing invoices.
・Financial Reporting Support : You'll assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts whenever needed.
・General Administrative Support : You'll provide daily office support. This can include managing office supplies, organizing documents, and handling company correspondence.
・Data Management : You'll accurately enter and manage data within various company systems and databases.
・Communication : You'll coordinate communications both inside and outside the company, ensuring responses are timely and professional.
・Process Improvement : You'll look for ways to make our accounting and administrative tasks better and suggest improvements to our workflows.
