Job description

The Role:

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize workflows, ensuring the platform meets the needs of the organization.

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow integrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Perform system testing and troubleshooting
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications

Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic team of developers and IT professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions.


Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform
  • JavaScript development
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • ITIL framework knowledge
  • Database management

Soft Skills:

  • Communication
  • Problem Solving

Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
