Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for Data Science Analyst Support professionals to help develop dashboards, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions for a global support team.


🕒 Midshift | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

📅 Contractual

✅ Can start ASAP


Responsibilities

  • Create and improve dashboards using Tableau and Excel
  • Develop automation scripts using Python, VBA, and Power Automate
  • Support AI prompt engineering using Copilot or ChatGPT
  • Gather and document user requirements
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and improve existing tools
  • Perform testing and provide project updates

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related courses
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in data analytics, automation, reporting, or software/application support
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in:
  • Python scripting and automation
  • VBA / Visual Basic macro development
  • SQL queries and database handling
  • Tableau dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Microsoft Excel advanced functions and automation
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
  • Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI limitations
  • Experience gathering business or user requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot application, automation, or reporting issues
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable working with global teams and stakeholders
  • Willing to work on a midshift schedule (3 PM – 12 AM)
  • Can START ASAP

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Power Automate, Microsoft Azure, or workflow automation tools
  • Background in business analysis or project coordination
  • Experience supporting dashboards, reporting tools, or operational processes
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology or SDLC processes
  • Exposure to GenAI prompt optimization or AI-assisted workflows
