Job Title: Graphic Designer / Marketing Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to develop on-brand visual assets across digital, print, social, and event channels. The ideal candidate has experience designing within regulated or enterprise environments and can translate complex healthcare and product information into visually engaging, accessible, and compliant materials. This role will collaborate closely with copywriters, content managers, campaign teams, and compliance stakeholders to support omnichannel marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design on-brand marketing assets for:
  • Digital and social media campaigns
  • Email and SMS marketing
  • Direct mail
  • Thought leadership materials (white paper layouts, webinar presentations)
  • Event and conference materials
• Adapt complex healthcare and product-related information into clear, engaging, and accessible visual layouts
• Apply WCAG accessibility best practices, including:
  • Color contrast
  • Typography standards
  • Alt text requirements
  • Readability and accessibility compliance
• Ensure compliance annotations and required legal/brand elements are included in all deliverables
• Build and maintain reusable templates, design systems, and component libraries
• Maintain strong file management discipline, including:
  • Layer organization
  • Naming conventions
  • Version control
  • DAM/CMS asset management
• Execute design QA and coordinate approval routing with brand, compliance, and legal stakeholders
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and document revisions accurately
• Partner with copywriters and content managers to align visual hierarchy and messaging
• Deliver platform-ready assets optimized for:
  • Paid and organic social platforms
  • Marketing automation tools
  • Digital campaigns
• Support event marketing production including:
  • Brochures
  • Booth screens
  • Executive presentations
  • Print-ready collateral
• Prepare print and digital specifications for vendors and production partners
• Collaborate with campaign teams on final handoffs, including:
  • Export settings
  • Link validation
  • UTM and QR code assets
• Monitor and support creative performance tracking for optimization and iteration

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of marketing or graphic design experience
• Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.) is an advantage
• Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Presentation design tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)
• Familiarity with DAM/CMS platforms and accessibility standards
• Strong typography, layout, and information design skills
• Excellent attention to detail and file organization discipline
• Experience working with enterprise brand systems, templates, and design guidelines
• Ability to produce omnichannel-ready marketing assets
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working within structured review and approval workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
• Experience supporting healthcare marketing or compliance-driven environments
