THE OPPORTUNITY

As Sales Director – Lipa, Batangas, you will:
► Own and develop the Lipa sales territory
► Build your team from the ground up
► Drive revenue growth for PHirst Park Homes projects

YOUR TEAM STRUCTURE
────────────────────
You will be expected to recruit, build, and lead:
● Minimum of 3 Sales Managers (direct reports)
● Minimum of 3 Sales Executives per Sales Manager
Total minimum team: 1 Sales Director + 3 Managers + 9 Sales Executives
You are the architect of your team. Full support and resources are provided.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
────────────────────
● Develop and execute a localized sales strategy for Lipa, Batangas
● Actively recruit a minimum of 3 Sales Managers to your direct team
● Ensure each Sales Manager builds and leads a team of at least 3 Sales Executives
● Coach and develop your managers to lead high-performing sub-teams
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory
● Conduct field visits, team coaching, and regular performance reviews
● Monitor market trends and competitor activity in Lipa and Batangas
● Represent PHirst Park Homes at local property events and networking activities
● Submit regular sales KPI reports and pipeline updates to leadership
● Coordinate with marketing for local campaigns and promotions

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

● At least 5 years of real estate sales experience
● At least 3 years in a sales leadership or management role
● Has successfully built or led a structured sales team before
● Has an existing network or market presence in Lipa, Batangas or nearby CALABARZON areas (strong advantage)
● Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain sales talent
● Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
● Results-driven, self-directed, and highly accountable
● External candidates are strongly preferred
● College graduate or equivalent professional experience
