This is a remote position.

We are seeking high-performing Outbound Cold Calling Appointment Setters focused on generating qualified homeowner appointments for our field sales team across our primary roofing and expanding home service verticals. This role is critical in driving our sales pipeline by ensuring the field sales team is supplied with high-quality, pre-qualified leads.

Requirements

The core objective of this role is to secure qualified appointments with homeowners by:
  • Initiating high-volume outbound cold calls to connect with homeowners.
  • Skillfully uncovering homeowner need or interest in home service improvements.
  • Professionally handling objections and addressing initial homeowner inquiries.
  • Scheduling qualified appointments that demonstrate a strong show potential for the field sales team.
Home Service Verticals

The successful candidate will be generating appointments for the following primary verticals:

  • Roofing
  • Windows / Doors
  • Siding
  • Restoration
  • Solar / Additional Home Services
Success in this Role is Measured by:
  • Volume of Qualified appointments booked.
  • High appointment show rate.
  • Exceptional Appointment quality and qualification accuracy.
  • Consistency in outbound activity and production.
  • Demonstrating Reliability and professionalism in all interactions.
Technology Requirements

Candidates must meet the following technical requirements to ensure success in a remote, high-volume calling environment:

  • Internet: Stable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
  • Equipment: Quality wired headset.
  • Reliable computer or laptop.
  • Workspace: Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
  • System Knowledge: Comfortable learning new systems and technology quickly.
Familiarity with Dialers and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is strongly preferred.


Requirements
Conduct outbound calls to homeowners and businesses to schedule roof inspection appointments. Clearly communicate the benefits and features of Roof Plug services to potential customers. Qualify leads to ensure appointments meet company standards and sales requirements. Maintain an organized and accurate database of leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Collaborate with the sales team to improve appointment quality and conversion rates. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns professionally. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for calls, appointments, and lead quality. Follow established scripts, compliance standards, and company guidelines during outreach.
