Job description
Sandman Software Systems Inc. is seeking highly motivated, analytical, and ambitious fresh graduates to join our team as Business Analytics Management Trainees. This program is designed to develop future business leaders by providing hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, business intelligence, and strategic project execution.
Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Business Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand current workflows and operational challenges.
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and recommend data-driven solutions to improve business performance.
Reporting & Visualization:
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Project Support:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic and operational projects.
  • Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Support management in driving initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Market & Industry Research:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
  • Provide insights that support business strategy and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through organizations, internships, competitions, or academic projects is preferred.
