I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
● Support the execution and daily management of eCommerce platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
● Manage and update website and app content, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
● Plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns to promote products and drive online sales across digital platforms.
● Coordinate with branding, creative, communications, production, IT, and other teams for campaign and platform requirements.
● Monitor platform performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve engagement and conversions.
● Assist in managing vendors and third-party partners as needed.
● Contribute to continuous process improvements and platform enhancements to drive efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
● Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement:
● Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, eCommerce platforms, Meta Ads) are an advantage.
Experience Requirement:
● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or digital platform management, preferably within the hotel, hospitality, or travel industry.
● Exposure to cross-functional collaboration within marketing, IT, or product teams is preferred.

o Highly motivated and quick-learner.
o Good team and communication skills for liaising with colleagues.
● Technical Skills:
o Website and app content management (CMS)
o Web analytics and performance tracking tools
