Senior Landscape Architect

With headquarters in Canada and studios across Singapore, the Philippines, and Malaysia, our internationally connected team shapes bold, sustainable environments throughout North America, Asia, and MENA. We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architects to join our expanding Manila team.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our international offices on a wide range of projects, from public parks and urban spaces to waterfronts and large-scale developments, gaining valuable experience while contributing to impactful design work across the globe.

Two work shifts are available: Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time) Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Toronto / Canada Time) - Employees assigned to the Night Shift will receive a 10% salary premium Working hours will primarily align with the selected shift, with flexibility required to coordinate occasionally with international teams What You’ll Do Lead or support the design and delivery of landscape architecture projects.

Collaborate with teams in Canada and Singapore to develop creative, sustainable, and buildable solutions.

Prepare design drawings, presentations, and technical documentation.

Oversee project coordination, budgets, and schedules.

Participate in construction administration, including reviewing drawings and site visits.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.

Engage with clients and support business development efforts.

What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.

• 10+ years of professional experience.

Strong design and technical skills, including construction documentation and site work.

Proficiency in design software (Vectorworks/AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Rhino, Lumion, SketchUp).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience managing projects and mentoring team members.

Eligibility for professional licensure is an asset.
