About the Role

An established hospitality and tourism company is looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager (CPA) to lead accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strategic finance professional capable of managing large-volume transactions and supporting business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and financial operations
• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and other government reportorial requirements
• Supervise accounting staff and provide coaching and performance management
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Improve accounting workflows and implement internal control procedures
• Coordinate annual audits and tax assessments
• Support management with financial planning and operational analysis

Qualifications

• CPA license is required
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
• Must have managerial experience handling accounting teams
• Background in hospitality, hotel, resort, or tourism industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of taxation, audit, and compliance processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
