Process Excellence Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• With at least 5 years of process and systems improvement from manufacturing, fleet management, logistics, and transport industries.
• Amenable to working onsite on a compressed work schedule. With minimal field visits to workshops when necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, monitor and improve maintenance processes and procedures to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective bus fleet operations
• Create workflows and design standard operating procedures for maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence with regulatory requirements and optimize maintenance performance across the workshops.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation for inspections, repairs, and certifications.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.
• Conduct inspection of workshops to ensure that each follows the provided guidelines and SOP.
