Branch Operations Officer - Puerto Princesa Branch

JOB SUMMARY:

Act as a Chief Control Steward of the Branch, in-charge of the overall execution, supervision and management of operational flow and efficient service delivery in the branch of assignment, either temporary or on permanent basis, with emphasis in the observance and compliance of regulations whether internal or external, bank policies, procedures and the code of ethics.

Job Description:

• Ensures the avoidance of monetary losses and/or penalties by imposing strict adherence to internal and regulatory policies, procedures and control mechanisms, with utmost accuracy and timeliness
• Contributes to the Branch’s average Audit rating/performance by strictly imposing adherence to the internal control measures and practices in processing all branch transactions and in performing all functions
• Contributes to the Branch’s goal of maximum customer retention by ensuring competent and efficient servicing of the branch’s customers’ transactions
• In close coordination with the Branch Manager, properly plans, organizes, controls, and oversees – the functional assignments of all personnel, in accordance with their respective duties, responsibilities, and delegated authorities
