The position exists in order to support the CCF in the area of controls and compliance. With the objective of efficiently and effectively improving the company’s control environment through awareness, capability building, and through routine self-assessment programs. Within the limits of the company’s strategic objective.
Competency and Capability Building
- Familiarize himself to the current and “To Be” financial policies and procedures of CCF.
- Collect and document business requirements for project and process automation/ improvements.
- Create process documentation/ workflows for Finance processes.
- Applying knowledge of business process modelling to document processes.
- Conduct trainings and educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to new hires to ensure familiarity and compliance to all CCF policies.
Compliance
- In collaboration with the C&C Lead, identify issues and risks, develop and implement controls to address any issue with regards to business processes.
- In collaboration with the C&C Lead, develop and implement controls to address any issue within the organization that may result in question of integrity such as proper segregation of duties, mishandling of cash advances, and overriding authorities.
- Make research on the updated pronouncements of SEC, BIR, PCNC, and other government institutions as may deemed applicable to CCF.
Advisory
- Respond to a wide range of queries, ensuring that relevant policies are provided to all level of the organization
- Perform testing and evaluation of new controls to check adequacy and effectiveness before going live.
- Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.
Project
- Facilitation of meetings and activities
- Other projects deemed necessary by the C&C Lead
QUALIFICATIONS :
- A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Preferably a member of a Discipleship group (Dgroup)
- 1 year Process Analyst experience or equivalent experience in business process review and documentation

- Well versed in MS Word and Power point
- Able to work with minimal supervision
