We are seeking a Customer Concierge & Executive Assistant to represent a premium Australian brand. This is not a sales role. Instead, it combines Receptionist, Executive Assistant, and Client Services responsibilities with light administration and CRM support.
You will be the first point of contact for architects, builders, designers, contractors, suppliers, business owners, and premium residential customers. Your role is to confidently handle inbound calls, quickly understand enquiries, gather accurate information, manage expectations, and route enquiries to the right person.
The successful candidate will be a polished communicator who can professionally represent the brand from day one.
Serve as the frontline representative for premium Australian clients in construction, trades, and professional services.
Answer inbound calls with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
Understand customer enquiries, gather accurate details, and manage expectations.
Route enquiries to the correct team member or department.
Provide Executive Assistant support to senior leaders.
Maintain CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism.
Support administration and light sales support tasks as required.
Candidates must meet all of the following:
✅ Minimum 3+ years supporting Australian clients.
✅ Minimum 3+ years in a customer‑facing role (Receptionist, EA/PA, Client Services Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Customer Experience Coordinator).
✅ Experience supporting Australian businesses in a B2B environment.
✅ Background in construction, trades, architecture, engineering, building suppliers, or professional services firms.
✅ Strong inbound phone experience.
✅ Excellent written and verbal English.
✅ Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and manage customer expectations.
✅ CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
