Job Description:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members, analyzing system performance, and providing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also interact with various stakeholders to ensure that the systems function optimally and meet business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Document processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Must have: Power BI admin, Power apps admin
Good to have: Power automate, Fabric
